Can you recover CCTV footage for a police or insurance claim?
Yes. We recover footage from DVR and NVR drives and can provide it in a playable format with a record of how it was recovered.
Do you need the recorder?
It helps, especially for proprietary systems. Send the recorder with the drive if you can.
What happens after I send the drive in?
We carry out a professional evaluation (£94.80), then send you a fixed quote and a list of recoverable files before any recovery work is charged.
