WD My Cloud data recovery
WD My Cloud units fail, get stuck updating or lose access to their shares. We take the drives out, image them and recover your files.

About the WD My Cloud NAS
Most My Cloud models store files on ext4 over Linux RAID. The My Cloud Home and Home Duo are different: they store files in WD’s own database layout, so the folders can’t simply be browsed on another computer.
Older My Cloud models that run My Cloud OS 3 no longer get updates from WD, so we recommend moving the data off them once it is recovered.
