How a repair works
- Drop off or book a collection. Walk in Monday to Saturday, 9am–6pm, or arrange an insured courier.
- Diagnosis and quote. We find the fault, then call or email you with a fixed price and turnaround.
- Repair and test. Approved work is carried out on anti-static benches and soak-tested before collection.
- Collect with a warranty. Repairs carry a 3-month warranty on parts and labour.
Data you cannot lose
Clicking hard drives, unreadable SSDs, formatted camera cards and failed RAID arrays are recovered with professional imaging tools, and physically damaged drives are opened only in clean-room conditions. You get a list of recoverable files before you pay for the recovery itself. As an ICO-registered organisation we handle every device under UK GDPR.
Frequently asked questions
Can you repair my computer while I wait?
Many common jobs – SSD and RAM upgrades, virus removal, Windows repairs and some screen and keyboard replacements – can be finished the same day, often within a few hours. We will confirm the timing when we diagnose the fault.
Do you charge to look at my device?
Computer and laptop diagnosis is quoted up front before any work starts. Data recovery begins with a professional evaluation (£94.80), which tells you what can be recovered and what it will cost.
Where are you based?
Our main repair centre is at Unit 1, 80 Willow Walk, London SE1 5SY, open Monday to Saturday 9am–6pm. Our Beckenham office at 21 Village Way, BR3 3NA is by appointment.
