Unlocking a computer gives full access to everything on it, so we ask for proof of purchase or company authorisation before starting. For business machines we work with your IT administrator and keep a record of the unlock.

Where a recovery key exists in your Microsoft or Azure account we will help you find it first – it is faster and cheaper than any workaround.
