Frequently asked questions
Can you recover data from a ZBook with two SSDs in RAID?
Yes. We image both drives and rebuild the array from the copies, without writing to the originals.
Can you recover data from a laptop with BitLocker on?
Yes, as long as you can give us the BitLocker recovery key. Business keys are usually stored in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory or your Microsoft account.
How do I find my exact HP model?
The model name and the product number are on the label underneath, and in the HP Support Assistant app. The serial number on HP’s support site shows the exact build.
