HP Pavilion, Envy, Spectre, Victus and Omen repair
HP’s home laptops, from the HP 250 and Pavilion to the premium Envy and Spectre and the Victus and Omen gaming laptops. Repairs, upgrades and data recovery for all of them.
About the Pavilion, Envy, Spectre & Omen
Pavilion and the HP 15 and 250/255 are everyday laptops; Envy and Spectre are thin premium models, often with soldered memory; Victus and Omen are gaming laptops with dedicated graphics.
Gaming models need their cooling cleaned more often, and thin Spectre and Envy models usually have memory soldered to the board, so storage is the main upgrade.

Frequently asked questions
My HP Envy won’t charge. Is it the charger?
Sometimes. We test the charger, the USB-C or barrel port and the charging circuit on the board, and tell you which has failed before quoting.
Can my gaming laptop be cleaned and repasted?
Yes. We strip the cooling system, clean the fans and heatsinks and renew the thermal paste and pads, then test it under load.
How do I find my exact HP model?
The model name and the product number are on the label underneath, and in the HP Support Assistant app. The serial number on HP’s support site shows the exact build.
