Rugged Latitudes are sealed against dust and water and tested for drops, vibration and extreme temperatures. That protection depends on intact seals, port covers and gaskets, so every repair finishes by restoring the sealing, not just replacing the faulty part.

Will my rugged laptop still be sealed after repair?
We replace damaged gaskets and port covers and refit seals correctly, but we cannot re-certify ingress ratings after opening.
Can you repair vehicle-mounted rugged units?
Yes. We repair the laptops and can test them with your docks and vehicle mounts.
How do I find my exact Dell model number?
It is printed on the label underneath the laptop, shown in Windows under Settings > System > About, and listed on Dell’s support site when you enter your Service Tag.
