Can you recover data from a Latitude with BitLocker turned on?
Yes, provided you can give us the BitLocker recovery key. Business keys are usually stored in Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory or your Microsoft account.
Do you use genuine Dell parts?
We use genuine or equivalent-quality parts and tell you which before we start. For fleet work we can match your existing parts policy.
Can you support a whole office of Latitudes?
