Dell Pro and Dell Pro Max repair (2025 onwards)
In 2025 Dell replaced the Latitude, Vostro and Precision names with Dell Pro and Dell Pro Max. The model numbers changed too – here is how to find yours, and what we repair.
About the Dell Pro & Pro Max (2025–2026)
Dell Pro Essential replaces the entry business models such as Vostro and Latitude 3000; Dell Pro and Dell Pro Plus replace the Latitude 5000 and 7000; and Dell Pro Max replaces Precision workstations. Model codes now encode the range, screen size and year: PB14250, for example, is a Dell Pro 14 Plus from 2025, and codes ending in 5 (such as PC14255) usually indicate AMD processors.
