A swollen battery is lifting my XPS touchpad. Is it safe to use?
No. Stop using and charging it, and keep it away from heat. Swollen lithium batteries can fail dangerously. We replace them safely.
Can you upgrade the memory in my XPS?
It depends on the model. Some XPS laptops have soldered memory that cannot be upgraded; we confirm before quoting.
Can you sign a confidentiality agreement?
Yes. We are ICO-registered and can sign your firm’s confidentiality or data-processing terms before work starts.
