Frequently asked questions
Can you recover a snapped microSD card?
Often, if the memory area is intact. We read the card directly from its test pads.
My dashcam card was overwritten. Is the old footage gone?
Overwritten footage cannot be recovered, but fragments outside the overwritten area often can. Stop using the card immediately.
What happens after I send the drive in?
We carry out a professional evaluation (£94.80), then send you a fixed quote and a list of recoverable files before any recovery work is charged.
