My SSD Plus shows as SATAFIRM S11. What does that mean?
That is a controller firmware failure mode common on some budget SSDs. The data is usually still recoverable in the lab.
Can you recover data from an SSD that will not boot Windows?
Yes. Often it is file system corruption rather than hardware failure.
