Frequently asked questions
Can my ROG laptop be cleaned and repasted?
Yes. We strip the cooling, clean the fans and heatsinks, renew the thermal paste and test it under load.
Can a ZenBook be upgraded?
Memory is soldered, but the SSD can usually be replaced with a larger one.
How do I find my ASUS model?
The model code (for example UX425EA) is on the label underneath and in the MyASUS app.
