Frequently asked questions
My MQ04 makes a beeping sound. What does that mean?
Usually stuck heads or a seized motor. It needs clean-room work – do not keep powering it on.
Is the drive in my Canvio an MQ04?
Often, but many Canvio models have the USB port built into the drive board. See our Toshiba Canvio page.
