About the LIFEBOOK models
The U7 is the mainstream business model (U747, U748, U749, then U7410, U7510 and later), the U9 the premium ultralight, the E5 the value business range and the A3 the entry model.
Many LIFEBOOKs have a smart-card reader and palm-vein or fingerprint sensor, which we test after any repair.

Frequently asked questions
Can you upgrade a batch of these for our office?
Yes. SSD and memory upgrades, new batteries and a clean Windows build can give a fleet another few years. We can do them in batches, in the workshop or on-site.
Can you recover data from a laptop with BitLocker on?
Yes, as long as you can give us the BitLocker recovery key. Business keys are usually stored in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory or your Microsoft account.

On the label underneath, for example LIFEBOOK U7410.
