TerraMaster NAS and DAS units offer a lot of storage for the money. We recover data from failed TRAID and RAID volumes and dead TerraMaster units.
About TerraMaster NAS & DAS Models
TerraMaster NAS units run TOS with standard RAID or TerraMaster’s own TRAID, which allows mixed drive sizes much like Synology SHR. D-series units are direct-attached RAID enclosures that connect by USB or Thunderbolt. Both types can usually be rebuilt from drive images without the original hardware.

Is TRAID harder to recover than normal RAID?
It needs a reconstruction that understands TerraMaster’s layout, which we handle in our lab.
Can you recover a D-series DAS with failed hardware?
Yes. We image the drives and rebuild the RAID independently of the enclosure.
What happens after I send the drive in?
We carry out a professional evaluation (£94.80), then send you a fixed quote and a list of recoverable files before any recovery work is charged.
