Netgear ReadyNAS data recovery
Crashed, degraded or failed ReadyNAS volumes. We image every drive and rebuild the volume from the copies, without writing to the originals.
About the ReadyNAS models
ReadyNAS OS 6 stores data on Btrfs over standard Linux RAID (X-RAID or Flex-RAID).
Before you do anything: don’t reinstall the OS, don’t factory-reset and don’t swap drives around. Switch it off and label each drive with its bay number.
Models we recover
Find your model on the label on the unit or the drive. If it is not listed, call us – we recover data from every ReadyNAS models variant, including ones not shown here.

Frequently asked questions
Should I click “remove inactive volumes”?
No. That deletes the volume configuration. Switch the unit off and call us.
Do you need the ReadyNAS unit or just the drives?
The drives are what matter. Send the unit too if you can, and label each drive with its bay number.
How much does it cost?
The consultation is free. NAS and RAID recovery is quoted after we have checked the drives; see our price list.
