About ASUSTOR NAS Models
ASUSTOR units run ADM with Linux software RAID and ext4 or Btrfs file systems. In 2022 ASUSTOR devices were also targeted by the DeadBolt ransomware. As with other NAS brands, a dead unit or crashed volume is usually recoverable from the drives.
